AnswerIrish Delivery: €7.50. Irish orders over €150 can avail of free shipping.

Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands: €14.00

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Polan, Switzerland: €15.00

Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia: €16.00

Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain, Sweden: €19.00

Question How long does delivery take?
AnswerPlease allow 2-4 working days for deliveries within Ireland.

For orders outside of Ireland, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery

Please Note: these are approximate delivery times taking into account various factors. Generally, we suggest ordering in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

Shipping times may be longer during site-wide promotions such as Black Friday and the festive period. Please allow 5-10 business days during these periods.

Question How can I track my order?
AnswerYou will be able to track your order via our delivery partner An Post. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking link, allowing you to track your order with An Post. For any additional queries, please contact us at hello@thedivine.ie
Question How do you package your deliveries?
AnswerWe aim to reduce our packaging as much as possible for our orders. All of our mailers and shipping boxes are fully biodegradable. Our brand stickers are made from fully biodegradable gloss film made from cellulose and our compliment cards are printed using recycled paper.
Question My package is missing. How can you help?
AnswerIf you haven’t received your order within 7 working days, please contact us at hello@thedivine.ie.

AnswerPlease send your parcel back to:

and enclose your receipt/packing slip.

Please note:

The Divine is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

We cannot guarantee the return of your item so we do strongly encourage you to please send it via tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

Question How long does it take for my card to be credited?
AnswerWe will refund your payment within 3-5 days of receiving and processing your return. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 business days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account.

Question What size should I buy?
AnswerFor maternity clothing, we generally recommend sticking to your normal size pre-pregnancy. However, we do include size guides for each product. So if you are between sizes or a bit unsure which to go for, we recommend taking your measurements before you purchase. You can also always get in touch with us before making your purchase at hello@thedivine.ie and we’re happy to advise!
Question Do you ever offer discount codes?
AnswerYes, from time to time we offer discount codes! If you sign up for our newsletter you will receive 15% off your first order. We usually send our discount codes to members of our newsletter and you will also find them on our social media channels.
Question The item I want isn’t available in my size. When will it be back in stock?
AnswerTo stay in the loop you can sign up for ‘Back-in-stock notifications’ on the sold-out product you have your eye on. Once it lands back in our store, you’ll be the first to know!
